Terms & Conditions
These Terms govern the use of the propiecu.com site and the informational interaction with Propiecu S.A. They do not constitute a participation contract or a binding offer; formal participation in any project is governed by a separate contract signed by the parties in accordance with Ecuadorian law.
1. Purpose
This site provides general information about the private program for participation in housing projects operated by Propiecu S.A. in Ecuador. Published information is indicative and can be modified without prior notice.
2. Private nature of the program
Propiecu S.A. is a private company. The program is not a government program nor is it backed by the State. Any reference to terms such as ‘generation’ or ‘program’ is made in a purely commercial and descriptive context.
3. Eligibility
The program is preferably aimed at adults residing in Ecuador. Propiecu S.A. reserves the right to verify eligibility and to reject requests that do not meet the internal criteria, without the need for specific motivation.
4. Risks
Participation in real estate projects involves risks, including the possible partial or total loss of contributed capital. Distributions are not guaranteed and depend on the progress and conditions of each project. Past results do not guarantee future results.
5. Intellectual property
Texts, images, logos and graphic elements of the site are the property of Propiecu S.A. or its licensors. Their total or partial reproduction without written authorization is prohibited.
6. Third-party links
The site may contain links to third-party pages. Propiecu S.A. does not control their content or assume responsibility for the policies or practices of such third parties.
7. Limitation of liability
Within the limits permitted by law, Propiecu S.A. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or the inability to use it. Nothing in these terms limits liability for willful misconduct or gross negligence.
8. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. The current version will be the one published on this page with its update date. Continued use of the site after a modification implies acceptance of the new version.
9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ecuador. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent judges and courts of the Metropolitan District of Quito, unless a written arbitration agreement between the parties applies.
